How the practice works
The office maintains routes to approved guidance, identifies competing versions and works with owners to resolve conflicts. Its task is not to collect every document in one place. A very large folder can still be an exceptionally poor way to answer a small question.

A working example
When five travel policies appear in search results, the office checks authority and currency, agrees the current version and redirects the old entry points. Training and manager guidance are updated as part of the same change.
