The integration office maintains dependencies, decision timing and shared milestones across delivery teams. It does not replace the teams' responsibility for their work. Its value lies in exposing the places where independently reasonable plans cannot all be true at once.

Delivery example
Two workstreams require the same environment during the same week. The integration office brings the conflict to the owner able to set priority, then updates both plans. The issue is resolved through a decision rather than hidden in an aggregated green status.
