Program approach
The dialogue connects evidence to decisions about priority, resources and corrective action. It distinguishes explanation of past performance from choices about what happens next. Both matter, but only one automatically changes the plan.
- 01Evidence
- 02Cause
- 03Choice
- 04Changed plan
Delivery example
A program repeatedly reports the same dependency as a reason for delay. The review identifies who can resolve it and agrees a dated action. The next report records the result rather than improving the wording of the same explanation.
