Program approach
Assurance coordination organizes the evidence supporting a program's stated condition. The work identifies measures, owners and review points, including limitations that affect interpretation. Each statement is linked to its supporting record and review date. Previously accepted evidence is checked again when the delivery conditions change.

Delivery example
A readiness statement draws on several teams using different definitions. UGS establishes the common question and retains meaningful differences in the underlying evidence. The resulting assessment is less smooth but more useful for an actual decision.
