How the practice works
Production teams receive approved graphics, titles, fonts and finishing assets alongside instructions for their use. Existing production processes continue until replacements have been tested. A common project platform is introduced with a migration plan rather than by sending another login invitation.

A working example
A recurring internal video series needs a new opening, lower thirds and closing card. The producer updates the package while retaining the working editorial process. A later workflow change is tested separately so that a brand launch does not also become an unexplained production outage.
