Program approach
Maintenance coordination brings service owners, technical teams and dependent activities into one plan. It records expected interruption, communication and return-to-service conditions. The work is assessed against the operating effect as well as completion of the maintenance task.
- 01Window
- 02Dependencies
- 03Combined impact
- 04Return condition
Delivery example
Two maintenance windows are individually acceptable but together remove the primary and alternative service. Coordination identifies the conflict before both teams publish their notices. A changed schedule is a useful result even though it produces no new capability announcement.
