PEOPLE / ENTERPRISE PROGRAMS

Workforce and Talent

Operating capacity, enterprise investment and the people responsible for delivering both.

Two enterprise priorities

Operations manages the approved cost base. Corporate Administration and People manage the capabilities and relationships identified for expansion. The programs have separate delivery measures and a common occupied-position register.

Vickie Sanders leads the operating efficiency plan. Alisa Janine Gallup sponsors the enterprise talent program, with Tom Flenderson responsible for recruitment and onboarding. Michael Waddams provides the consolidated cost view to Clarence Biggs and the Board.
