Julian Bellamy is Senior Vice President, Talent Partnerships at Usual Industries.
Julian manages external relationships supporting senior recruitment and enterprise program staffing. He reports to Chief Administrative Officer Alisa Janine Gallup and works with Chief People Officer Tom Flenderson.
Before joining Usual, Julian advised Caldera Coast Bank on executive program services and senior relationship development. He worked with Gallup during her tenure there and later became an investment partner in a hospitality business owned in part by her husband.
Julian holds an interest in Bellamy & Vale, an executive-program services business. A proposed agreement between that business and Usual was withdrawn following the Board’s appointment review. No payment was released under the proposal.
He joined Usual through the October 2 enterprise talent cohort and remains in his employment role. He does not participate in supplier decisions involving his outside interests; specified compensation and connected-party purchasing matters require independent approval.
Julian studied business administration at Westhaven College. He supports regional arts events and is known for introducing people who have already appeared on the same guest list.
