Marianne Duvall is Senior Vice President, Enterprise Efficiency at Usual Industries.
Marianne oversees the delivery register for approved operating changes and the records supporting their stated savings. She reports to Chief Operating Officer Vickie Sanders.
Before joining Usual, Marianne held regional leadership roles at BrightSteps Residential Learning Group, where she worked with Sanders on staffing schedules, site consolidation and common service requirements. She later served as operations director at Briar Glen Provider Services.
Marianne and Sanders have maintained a longstanding professional and personal relationship. They serve together on the Prairie Livestock Education Trust and jointly hold an interest in a small rural property used for education events. Marianne’s declared interests are subject to the company’s revised independent approval arrangements.
She joined Usual through the October 2 enterprise talent cohort. The Board subsequently retained the appointment while requiring independent review of compensation changes and engagements involving her outside interests.
Marianne studied organizational administration at Northfield State College. Outside work, she supports practical education programs and maintains a detailed archive of the schedules used to deliver them.
