The What-If Workshop

Practicing the problem before it arrives with a deadline.

How the practice works

Each workshop uses a specific operational scenario, named roles and a limited set of decisions. Participants work through what they would actually do with current processes and access. The facilitator records unresolved dependencies rather than accepting an optimistic description of collaboration.

A working example

An urgent supplier issue crosses two workstreams. The rehearsal discovers that both expect the other to contact the vendor. A single contact route and escalation trigger resolve the ambiguity before it becomes a live delay.
