Program approach
Transition-out identifies the receiving parties, records, access changes and remaining obligations when an arrangement ends. UGS treats the exit as part of delivery planning rather than a final administrative surprise. A tidy archive is useful, but continuity remains the more immediate concern.

- 04Acceptance
Delivery example
A program transfers coordination to another team. The exit plan includes open actions, current contacts and a period for clarifying the record. The receiving team acknowledges the handover before the old contact route is closed.
