The Sustainment Review

Reviewing service demand, maintenance and support capacity.

Program approach

Sustainment reviews examine current use, maintenance obligations, skills and dependencies. They identify where a service has outgrown the assumptions under which it was accepted. Continued operation is valuable, but it does not prove that the support arrangement remains adequate.

The working record
  1. 01Current use
  2. 02Support demand
  3. 03Skills
  4. 04Dependencies

Delivery example

A service is used by twice the original audience while its support model is unchanged. The review assesses demand and adjusts the arrangement before informal effort becomes the only thing holding it together.
