A sponsor may request an additional level of abstraction where the direct cause has a calendar invitation.

Inside the process
A delay results from an unresolved approval. The first draft attributes it to enterprise complexity. The review restores the specific decision while retaining complexity as context. A workstream to reduce complexity may still be proposed, but it does not close the original issue.
