The Usual extension
Project managers bring their professional practice to delivery. Usual's Surround sets the internal route through charter readiness, sponsor accessibility, steering eligibility and closure permission. Delivery status is reported through the assigned governance route, even where the project team already maintains a customer dashboard.

Inside the process
A qualified project manager prepares a workable plan. The PMO checks the sponsor appointment, delegated authority and the latest portfolio allocation. A title change during the review requires the sponsor entry to be reconfirmed. Delivery may then seek permission to schedule its first formal start.
