The Beige Belt is an internal Usual designation for colleagues who can prepare a charter, convene a review and maintain a corrective-action log without prematurely closing the initiative. Assessment emphasizes the ability to distinguish a completed task from an opportunity for an additional task.

Inside the process
Candidates receive a simple process problem and thirty minutes to identify the approvals it could require. Full marks are awarded for identifying the panel that must decide whether the candidate may approach the other panels. Actual process improvement is an optional extension.
