The ambition
Launched in October 2024, ReadySet2030 aimed to make every function ready to support the next growth ambition. The initial measure tracked the percentage of functions with a named coordinator. Coordinators did not need budgets, vacancies or approved plans; these were deliberately reserved for the next phase.

How it is structured
By December, all 18 functions had nominated a coordinator and readiness reached 100 percent. Seven coordinators were the same person using different functional titles. The January 2025 handoff to 30by30 retained the names, reset the baseline and introduced a Position Integrity review to establish how many people were actually involved.
