Required curriculum
Colleagues with approved AI access complete the basic module on data classification, tool approval, human review and reporting. Content authors complete an additional publication module; sponsors and reviewers complete the decision and evidence module. Training is assigned before expanded tool access, then renewed when controls materially change.
The exercise
Learners examine a website paragraph, a presentation, a customer summary and a rejected input. Each contains a plausible answer that fails for a different reason. Participants identify the source of the claim, the owner of the decision and the point at which the work must stop. Selecting “looks fine” is recorded as a response, not an outcome.
Practice scenarios
The case files below show a public-page invention, a fabricated citation in an executive deck, a confidential acquisition upload and an adoption metric that rewarded unnecessary prompting. No participant receives credit merely for finding the words artificial intelligence in the prompt.
Completion record
A completed module records attendance and an assessment. It does not certify a person as an infallible human reviewer. Managers receive a list of incomplete training, which they may not resolve by asking AI to complete the module on the colleague’s behalf.
