Allowed with review
Approved services may help summarize nonrestricted notes, compare versions, propose outlines, draft internal language, translate routine material and prepare alternatives for a named human editor. Authorization attaches to the use case and information category, not to a product name in the abstract.
The registered record
Each use case has a business owner, approved service, data class, purpose, review method, retention approach and escalation contact. The register also records whether generated text may appear in a presentation, a customer document or a public page. An approved summarization use case does not silently expand into the authority to draft an employment recommendation.
Human verification
The human owner checks names, dates, numbers, quotations, links, customer claims and the meaning of any document being summarized. A model can produce a plausible sentence that no person has ever approved. Plausibility is a reason to read it twice, not a substitute for a source.
A prompt is company material
Use the assigned company account. Keep prompt history and output in approved locations when the workflow requires retention. Do not move prompts to a personal account to avoid a delay in access approval. A personal subscription does not become an enterprise procurement decision when the first month is free.
