ENTERPRISE AI PROGRAM

AI Center of Excellence

A central authority for decentralized use, review and controlled experimentation.

Mandate

The Usual Industries AI Center of Excellence approves tools and use cases, maintains the prompt and model inventory, publishes training and coordinates the annual adoption plan. It does not assume responsibility for the output of individual users. The business owner remains answerable for the decision and the words that reach another person.

Membership

The Center includes Enterprise Technology, Legal, IT Security, Internal Audit, Records, People, Communications and representatives of the businesses. Each function can stop a use case within its area of authority. A stop is logged as an outcome, not as a temporary lack of enthusiasm.

Review forums

The Tool Review Board assesses service access and technical controls. The Use Case Council assesses purpose and human oversight. The Content Integrity Panel examines web, presentation and publication practices. These forums can meet jointly when a proposal is too urgent to wait for the next three separate meetings.

Published outputs

The Center publishes a tool register, a use-case catalogue, prompt retention rules, an exception inventory and a quarterly account of incidents and adoption. The quarterly account distinguishes working use from generated volume. A fifty-slide deck that replaces a ten-slide deck is not counted as productivity merely because it took less time to produce.
