AI may propose page structures, summaries and wording only within an approved content workflow. A named editor checks every factual claim, link, date, named person, role, product description and implied commitment. The editor reads the page as a visitor would. An internally coherent invented department is still an invented department.
Presentation content
Slides may use AI for outline and wording support. The preparer verifies figures, citations, customer statements, competitive claims and what a chart actually shows. Speaker notes receive the same review as visible slides when an officer will read them aloud. “For discussion” is not a license to invent a source.
The review receipt
The owner records what AI assisted, what source was checked, who performed the check and the version approved for release. The purpose is to locate a correction quickly if a claim changes. A stamp reading HUMAN REVIEWED is not a receipt if nobody can name the human.
Publication gate
Communications or the relevant business approver releases the final version. An AI-generated revision after sign-off reopens review, even when the change is described as tone only. Some of the most consequential errors are perfectly well phrased.
