The approval route
Urgent requests may enter the expedited pathway after their urgency is confirmed. The Emergency Funding Panel meets weekly, with additional sessions available once the need for an additional session is approved. Applicants should explain the consequence of waiting in the standard waiting-consequence field.

A request in motion
A critical replacement is needed before the next panel. The sponsor can exercise existing delegated authority where applicable, with the record completed afterwards. The pathway is therefore most effective when an authorized person remembers that authority already exists.
