Welcome visitors and coordinate front-of-house services for a regional office.
Workplace Operations keeps offices, meeting facilities, mail services and reception running. The work is visible whenever something stops working and less visible when it does not.
What you will do
- Manage visitor arrivals and host notifications
- Coordinate meeting-room readiness
- Maintain reception and service records
What you will bring
- Two years in reception hospitality or office support
- Professional communication and service judgment
- Ability to coordinate several requests calmly
Your first six months
Establish a reliable visitor arrival and meeting-room handoff.
Working arrangements
This is an on-site role at the listed location. The team will discuss the normal schedule and any shift requirements during the selection process.
An invitation copied to reception is not always a confirmed room booking.
Compensation and development
The base-pay range for this role is CHF 60,000–75,000 annually. Positioning within the range reflects relevant experience, skills and the requirements of the assignment. Benefits and any additional compensation are discussed for the location and role.
You will agree priorities with your manager and review progress through regular conversations. Development may include technical learning, project assignments and opportunities across the enterprise.
