QA Automation Engineer

Warsaw, PolandHybridFull-timeProfessional

Base pay: PLN 160,000–220,000 annually

The opportunity

Build automated checks for shared enterprise platforms. Help delivery teams understand what has been tested and where release risks remain.

Digital Platforms builds and maintains software for shared services and customer operations. Teams own the behavior of their applications in production as well as the release plan.

What you will do

  • Develop maintainable API and browser test suites for critical workflows.
  • Investigate failures and distinguish application defects from unstable tests.
  • Work with engineers and product owners to define release acceptance criteria.

What you will bring

  • Three years in software testing with hands-on test automation experience.
  • Working knowledge of a programming language, APIs and CI pipelines.
  • Ability to describe a failure clearly and prioritize checks around user impact.

Your first six months

Establish dependable checks for a critical workflow and reduce repeated manual release verification.

Working arrangements

This role combines work at the listed location with time working remotely. Team attendance is agreed with the hiring manager and depends on the assignment. Hybrid does not mean location-independent.

Passing the test suite is evidence for a release discussion. It does not answer every question in that discussion.

Compensation and development

The base-pay range for this role is PLN 160,000–220,000 annually. Positioning within the range reflects relevant experience, skills and the requirements of the assignment. Benefits and any additional compensation are discussed for the location and role.

You will agree priorities with your manager and review progress through regular conversations. Development may include technical learning, project assignments and opportunities across the enterprise.
