The opportunity
Develop and maintain applications supporting financial close and reporting. Work with Finance analysts and technology colleagues on stable, well-documented changes.
Digital Platforms builds and maintains software for shared services and customer operations. Teams own the behavior of their applications in production as well as the release plan.
What you will do
- Implement application enhancements and interfaces from agreed requirements.
- Investigate defects and validate corrections with business users.
- Maintain technical documentation and support scheduled production releases.
What you will bring
- Three years of application programming and relational database experience.
- Familiarity with financial systems or transaction-processing applications.
- Ability to test changes carefully and work with users during close periods.
Your first six months
Deliver agreed finance-system improvements with test evidence and support documentation that survives the project handoff.
Working arrangements
This role combines work at the listed location with time working remotely. Team attendance is agreed with the hiring manager and depends on the assignment. Hybrid does not mean location-independent.
An urgent spreadsheet workaround should have an owner and an expiry date, even if that date is later extended.
Compensation and development
The base-pay range for this role is ₹1,400,000–₹2,200,000 INR annually. Positioning within the range reflects relevant experience, skills and the requirements of the assignment. Benefits and any additional compensation are discussed for the location and role.
You will agree priorities with your manager and review progress through regular conversations. Development may include technical learning, project assignments and opportunities across the enterprise.
