Digital Platforms builds and maintains software for shared services and customer operations. Teams own the behavior of their applications in production as well as the release plan.
What you will do
- Develop and test COBOL application changes
- Investigate batch and data-processing failures
- Document interfaces and release procedures
What you will bring
- Five years in mainframe application development
- Experience with COBOL JCL and relational data
- Methodical production support and testing
Your first six months
Deliver reliable enhancements with clear support and recovery procedures.
Working arrangements
This role combines work at the listed location with time working remotely. Team attendance is agreed with the hiring manager and depends on the assignment. Hybrid does not mean location-independent.
Modernization planning runs alongside the system that must still close the books.
Compensation and development
The base-pay range for this role is $115,000–$145,000 USD annually. Positioning within the range reflects relevant experience, skills and the requirements of the assignment. Benefits and any additional compensation are discussed for the location and role.
You will agree priorities with your manager and review progress through regular conversations. Development may include technical learning, project assignments and opportunities across the enterprise.
