Lead advisory engagements addressing public-service delivery and organizational development.
Usual Advisory helps clients address operating problems, deliver change and establish workable management arrangements. Our teams stay involved after the presentation has been approved.
What you will do
- Shape engagements with senior sponsors
- Lead multidisciplinary delivery teams
- Review commercial performance and delivery quality
What you will bring
- Ten years in consulting or major public-service programs
- Experience managing senior client relationships
- Strong delivery and commercial judgment
Your first six months
Establish a portfolio of engagements with clear scope and accepted outcomes.
Working arrangements
This role combines work at the listed location with time working remotely. Team attendance is agreed with the hiring manager and depends on the assignment. Hybrid does not mean location-independent.
Executive sponsorship does not eliminate the need for an operational owner.
Compensation and development
The base-pay range for this role is SAR 480,000–SAR 650,000 annually. Positioning within the range reflects relevant experience, skills and the requirements of the assignment. Benefits and any additional compensation are discussed for the location and role.
You will agree priorities with your manager and review progress through regular conversations. Development may include technical learning, project assignments and opportunities across the enterprise.
