Join project teams helping clients introduce new systems, processes and working practices. Build practical consulting skills through analysis and delivery.
Usual Advisory helps clients address operating problems, deliver change and establish workable management arrangements. Our teams stay involved after the presentation has been approved.
What you will do
- Gather stakeholder input and maintain accurate project research and notes.
- Prepare communication, training and adoption materials for different audiences.
- Track actions, dependencies and feedback during implementation.
What you will bring
- A degree or equivalent experience demonstrating research, analysis and clear writing.
- Ability to organize information and work constructively with a project team.
- Interest in how organizations turn plans into changes in daily work.
Your first six months
Own a defined project workstream and explain its progress without relying on the color of a status indicator.
Working arrangements
This role combines work at the listed location with time working remotely. Team attendance is agreed with the hiring manager and depends on the assignment. Hybrid does not mean location-independent.
Client terminology takes precedence in client materials. Internal terminology is covered during onboarding.
Compensation and development
The base-pay range for this role is A$75,000–A$92,000 AUD annually. Positioning within the range reflects relevant experience, skills and the requirements of the assignment. Benefits and any additional compensation are discussed for the location and role.
You will agree priorities with your manager and review progress through regular conversations. Development may include technical learning, project assignments and opportunities across the enterprise.
