The opportunity
Support finance process and technology improvement for regional clients. Work across reporting, close, planning and shared-services operations.
Usual Advisory helps clients address operating problems, deliver change and establish workable management arrangements. Our teams stay involved after the presentation has been approved.
What you will do
- Map current finance processes and identify avoidable handoffs and rework.
- Support requirements, testing and adoption for finance platform changes.
- Prepare analysis and recommendations that can be traced to client evidence.
What you will bring
- Three years in finance transformation, consulting or financial operations.
- Experience with finance processes and at least one enterprise finance system.
- Ability to work with client teams and explain analytical findings clearly.
Your first six months
Help a client reduce a measurable source of close delays and document the resulting operational change.
Working arrangements
This role combines work at the listed location with time working remotely. Team attendance is agreed with the hiring manager and depends on the assignment. Hybrid does not mean location-independent.
Presentations should be concise enough to leave time for the decision they request.
Compensation and development
The base-pay range for this role is AED 240,000–330,000 annually. Positioning within the range reflects relevant experience, skills and the requirements of the assignment. Benefits and any additional compensation are discussed for the location and role.
You will agree priorities with your manager and review progress through regular conversations. Development may include technical learning, project assignments and opportunities across the enterprise.
