The opportunity
Lead client work on roles, decision rights and operating arrangements. Move from diagnosis to a model that teams can use in daily delivery.
Usual Advisory helps clients address operating problems, deliver change and establish workable management arrangements. Our teams stay involved after the presentation has been approved.
What you will do
- Run interviews and working sessions to understand current operating problems.
- Develop options for organization design, decision authority and service ownership.
- Guide implementation with practical milestones and clear client responsibilities.
What you will bring
- Six years in consulting, operating-model design or enterprise change.
- Experience managing client teams and turning analysis into deliverable changes.
- Strong facilitation, writing and commercial judgment.
Your first six months
Deliver an operating-model engagement with named owners and evidence of decisions made under the new arrangement.
Working arrangements
This role combines work at the listed location with time working remotely. Team attendance is agreed with the hiring manager and depends on the assignment. Hybrid does not mean location-independent.
Success includes identifying committees the client can retire, subject to agreement by the relevant committees.
Compensation and development
The base-pay range for this role is $140,000–$180,000 USD annually. Positioning within the range reflects relevant experience, skills and the requirements of the assignment. Benefits and any additional compensation are discussed for the location and role.
You will agree priorities with your manager and review progress through regular conversations. Development may include technical learning, project assignments and opportunities across the enterprise.
