Support adoption of new systems and operating processes for regional clients.
Usual Advisory helps clients address operating problems, deliver change and establish workable management arrangements. Our teams stay involved after the presentation has been approved.
What you will do
- Assess stakeholder needs and adoption barriers
- Prepare relevant communications and learning
- Evaluate use after launch
What you will bring
- Three years in change delivery or operations
- Experience facilitating working sessions
- Clear writing and analytical skills
Your first six months
Demonstrate adoption of a defined workflow beyond completion of launch events.
Working arrangements
This role combines work at the listed location with time working remotely. Team attendance is agreed with the hiring manager and depends on the assignment. Hybrid does not mean location-independent.
A successful town hall is one input to the adoption assessment.
Compensation and development
The base-pay range for this role is KSh 3,000,000–KSh 4,200,000 KES annually. Positioning within the range reflects relevant experience, skills and the requirements of the assignment. Benefits and any additional compensation are discussed for the location and role.
You will agree priorities with your manager and review progress through regular conversations. Development may include technical learning, project assignments and opportunities across the enterprise.
