The opportunity
Support colleague surveys, listening sessions and the follow-through that makes employee feedback useful. Work with regional People partners and the enterprise engagement team.
Our People team supports hiring, employee relations, development and the practical administration of working life across acquired and established businesses.
What you will do
- Manage survey schedules, eligibility files and accessible communications for colleagues in different work settings.
- Summarize findings without presenting participation as evidence that the underlying issue has been resolved.
- Track manager commitments and prepare concise progress updates for colleagues.
What you will bring
- Two years in employee experience, research operations or internal communications.
- Ability to work with survey data and explain findings in plain language.
- Good facilitation skills and discretion when handling employee comments.
Your first six months
Publish the first regional action update showing which commitments are complete, delayed or awaiting a decision.
Working arrangements
This role combines work at the listed location with time working remotely. Team attendance is agreed with the hiring manager and depends on the assignment. Hybrid does not mean location-independent.
Participation reminders are issued separately from the survey response process. Managers will still ask about both.
Compensation and development
The base-pay range for this role is £42,000–£55,000 GBP annually. Positioning within the range reflects relevant experience, skills and the requirements of the assignment. Benefits and any additional compensation are discussed for the location and role.
You will agree priorities with your manager and review progress through regular conversations. Development may include technical learning, project assignments and opportunities across the enterprise.
