Commercial Operations connects customer needs with the people responsible for delivery. Teams manage relationships, proposals and the handoffs that determine whether commitments can be met.
What you will do
- Build a qualified opportunity pipeline with documented needs and next steps.
- Coordinate proposals and commercial reviews with delivery and finance partners.
- Maintain accurate account and opportunity information in the CRM.
What you will bring
- Five years in business development or sales for professional or enterprise services.
- Experience shaping proposals and working with subject-matter experts.
- Strong relationship skills and disciplined opportunity management.
Your first six months
Build a pipeline supported by genuine client discussions and practical delivery plans.
Working arrangements
This role combines work at the listed location with time working remotely. Team attendance is agreed with the hiring manager and depends on the assignment. Hybrid does not mean location-independent.

Compensation and development
The base-pay range for this role is £65,000–£85,000 GBP annually. Positioning within the range reflects relevant experience, skills and the requirements of the assignment. Benefits and any additional compensation are discussed for the location and role.
You will agree priorities with your manager and review progress through regular conversations. Development may include technical learning, project assignments and opportunities across the enterprise.
