Planning considers materials, transport, reuse and the needs of the venue. The program favors decisions that can be made early, before a large order becomes a small disposal problem. Event visibility remains important, but visibility can be achieved without branding every available surface.

What it looks like
The tournament team uses durable signage and plans where it will be stored for the next edition. Disposable materials are ordered against a realistic attendance estimate. The resulting event still looks like Usual without leaving quite so much Usual behind.
