The initiative
The initiative connects stated expectations to common situations involving evidence, reporting and responsibility. Colleagues are encouraged to describe uncertainty and raise questions through the appropriate routes. A culture statement is supported by the response those questions receive.

What it looks like
A team discovers that a reported benefit included an unsupported assumption. Correcting the record may make the result less impressive, but it makes the next decision better informed. The response should support that correction rather than reward its concealment.
