Disclosures separate commitments, work underway and observed results. They retain the limitations needed to understand the figures and stories. The program treats an incomplete result as reportable when described accurately, rather than requiring every paragraph to end in an unqualified success.

What it looks like
A pilot improves one site but has not been repeated elsewhere. The report describes the site, the change and the next test. It does not quietly allow the enterprise brand above the paragraph to imply an enterprise-wide result.
