A closer look at potential
The Usual Young Achievers Program connects emerging talent with development opportunities, executive exposure and a structured assessment of professional readiness. Associates enter through manager nomination. Self-nominations are accepted with manager approval.
Young Achievers is an early-career designation. Colleagues entering a new professional discipline may also be nominated. The program name remains unchanged while People Operations completes its terminology review.
Discover your professional outlook
The program begins with the Usual First Recognition Assessment. Participants review a field of letters and record the first three words they identify. Responses help establish an individual development profile.
There are no preferred answers. Certain combinations may indicate greater readiness for client exposure.
A considered approach to advancement
Results are reviewed alongside manager observations, business needs and available opportunities. The assessment is one input into the development process. Where other inputs are unavailable, it may receive additional weighting.
Participants receive a development profile, an executive sponsor and a certificate of completion. Sponsor meetings are arranged subject to availability. Completion does not alter an associate’s compensation, title or existing workload.
The cohort experience
The twelve-week pathway covers signal recognition, executive context, presence and judgment, and applied readiness. Participants remain responsible for their existing assignments throughout. Managers should make time available where business conditions permit.
