The opportunity
Support workplace technology in an environment where reliable service must not depend on an available external connection.
The regional team coordinates local work with enterprise functions and designated operating partners.
What you will do
- Maintain approved workstations, local applications and offline support documentation.
- Diagnose equipment and access issues within the available network boundaries.
- Prepare controlled update packages and record changes for regional review.
What you will bring
- Four years in desktop support or site technology operations.
- Experience supporting restricted networks and offline software deployment.
- Ability to explain the difference between a service outage and an intentional absence of service.
Your first six months
Establish a dependable local support process and a tested recovery plan that works without downloading the recovery plan.
Working arrangements
This role is based on-site at the listed location. Assignment arrangements and travel permissions are coordinated with the regional office.
This is an on-site position. Remote support is available in principle; the connection required to receive it is not included.
Compensation and development
The base-pay range for this role is US$55,000–US$75,000 equivalent annually. Positioning within the range reflects relevant experience, skills and the requirements of the assignment. Benefits and any additional compensation are discussed for the location and role.
You will agree priorities with your manager and review progress through regular conversations. Development may include technical learning, project assignments and opportunities across the enterprise.
