Develop industrial product improvements from requirements through verified prototypes.
Applied Research develops materials, products and technical methods with operating businesses. Teams test assumptions in the laboratory and validate them under production conditions.
What you will do
- Translate user needs into testable requirements
- Design and evaluate prototypes with suppliers
- Coordinate design changes and production handoff
What you will bring
- Four years in product or mechanical development
- Experience with prototypes testing and manufacturing
- Strong technical coordination and documentation
Your first six months
Bring a defined product improvement through a complete validation cycle.
Working arrangements
This role combines work at the listed location with time working remotely. Team attendance is agreed with the hiring manager and depends on the assignment. Hybrid does not mean location-independent.
A prototype can be presentable before it is ready to be manufactured.
Compensation and development
The base-pay range for this role is NT$1,100,000–NT$1,500,000 TWD annually. Positioning within the range reflects relevant experience, skills and the requirements of the assignment. Benefits and any additional compensation are discussed for the location and role.
You will agree priorities with your manager and review progress through regular conversations. Development may include technical learning, project assignments and opportunities across the enterprise.
