The opportunity
Perform laboratory testing and maintain reliable sample and equipment records.
Applied Research develops materials, products and technical methods with operating businesses. Teams test assumptions in the laboratory and validate them under production conditions.
What you will do
- Prepare samples and execute approved tests
- Maintain instruments and calibration records
- Report results and flag unusual observations

Your first six months
Demonstrate consistent test execution and improve sample traceability.
Working arrangements
This is an on-site role at the listed location. The team will discuss the normal schedule and any shift requirements during the selection process.
An unexpected result should be investigated before the sample is relabeled.
Compensation and development
The base-pay range for this role is €38,000–€49,000 EUR annually. Positioning within the range reflects relevant experience, skills and the requirements of the assignment. Benefits and any additional compensation are discussed for the location and role.
You will agree priorities with your manager and review progress through regular conversations. Development may include technical learning, project assignments and opportunities across the enterprise.
