The opportunity
Manage customer orders and coordinate changes with commercial and fulfillment teams.
Customer Operations supports orders, account changes and day-to-day service. Teams resolve problems across customer, commercial and delivery systems.
What you will do
- Validate orders pricing and delivery requirements
- Resolve exceptions with responsible teams
- Maintain accurate customer and order communications
What you will bring
- Three years in order administration or customer operations
- Experience with ERP transaction processes
- Clear communication and careful recordkeeping
Your first six months
Improve order completeness and the reliability of promised delivery information.
Working arrangements
This role combines work at the listed location with time working remotely. Team attendance is agreed with the hiring manager and depends on the assignment. Hybrid does not mean location-independent.
An order acknowledgment should distinguish receipt from a confirmed delivery commitment.
Compensation and development
The base-pay range for this role is CZK 600,000–780,000 annually. Positioning within the range reflects relevant experience, skills and the requirements of the assignment. Benefits and any additional compensation are discussed for the location and role.
You will agree priorities with your manager and review progress through regular conversations. Development may include technical learning, project assignments and opportunities across the enterprise.
