The opportunity
Investigate security alerts and improve the controls used to protect enterprise services. Work with technology teams and business owners during incidents and remediation.
Enterprise Technology supports the applications, infrastructure and collaboration tools colleagues use each day. The environment includes platforms retained through several acquisitions.
What you will do
- Triage alerts and document evidence, impact and response actions.
- Review access and configuration issues with the teams responsible for remediation.
- Contribute practical improvements to detection rules and incident playbooks.
What you will bring
- Three years in security operations, infrastructure security or incident response.
- Working knowledge of identity, endpoint and cloud security concepts.
- Clear incident writing and the ability to assess evidence under time pressure.
Your first six months
Reduce a recurring source of alert noise and improve the quality of incident handoffs.
Working arrangements
This role combines work at the listed location with time working remotely. Team attendance is agreed with the hiring manager and depends on the assignment. Hybrid does not mean location-independent.
Risk acceptance must name an owner. A forwarded executive email may require follow-up.
Compensation and development
The base-pay range for this role is €58,000–€78,000 EUR annually. Positioning within the range reflects relevant experience, skills and the requirements of the assignment. Benefits and any additional compensation are discussed for the location and role.
You will agree priorities with your manager and review progress through regular conversations. Development may include technical learning, project assignments and opportunities across the enterprise.
