Legal advises the enterprise on commercial arrangements, employment matters and governance. The team is expected to provide advice that colleagues can put into practice.

- Review proposed employment changes
- Advise on employee issues with local specialists
- Draft practical guidance and manager materials

- Qualified legal practitioner with employment experience
- Six years advising complex organizations
- Ability to explain options clearly
Your first six months
Develop a consistent review route for sensitive People proposals.
Working arrangements
This role combines work at the listed location with time working remotely. Team attendance is agreed with the hiring manager and depends on the assignment. Hybrid does not mean location-independent.
Communications drafts should reach Legal before the announcement is scheduled.
Compensation and development
The base-pay range for this role is €95,000–€125,000 EUR annually. Positioning within the range reflects relevant experience, skills and the requirements of the assignment. Benefits and any additional compensation are discussed for the location and role.
You will agree priorities with your manager and review progress through regular conversations. Development may include technical learning, project assignments and opportunities across the enterprise.
