The opportunity
Analyze the workplace portfolio and support lease and occupancy decisions.
Enterprise Property manages workplace portfolios, construction programs and capital improvements. Teams work across leases, facilities, projects and business requirements.
What you will do
- Maintain lease and portfolio data
- Evaluate cost and space-use scenarios
- Prepare decision materials with regional teams
What you will bring
- Three years in real estate or financial analysis
- Strong modeling and data reconciliation
- Ability to explain portfolio assumptions
Your first six months
Establish a consistent portfolio view for upcoming lease decisions.
Working arrangements
This role combines work at the listed location with time working remotely. Team attendance is agreed with the hiring manager and depends on the assignment. Hybrid does not mean location-independent.
Reserved desks and occupied desks are separate measures.
Compensation and development
The base-pay range for this role is $85,000–$110,000 USD annually. Positioning within the range reflects relevant experience, skills and the requirements of the assignment. Benefits and any additional compensation are discussed for the location and role.
You will agree priorities with your manager and review progress through regular conversations. Development may include technical learning, project assignments and opportunities across the enterprise.
