Manage workplace and industrial improvement projects from planning to handover.
Enterprise Property manages workplace portfolios, construction programs and capital improvements. Teams work across leases, facilities, projects and business requirements.
What you will do
- Coordinate scope schedules and contractor performance
- Review changes costs and site dependencies
- Complete commissioning and operational handover
What you will bring
- Seven years in construction project delivery
- Experience coordinating contractors and occupied facilities
- Strong planning and commercial management
Your first six months
Deliver an assigned project with accepted handover and resolved priority defects.
Working arrangements
This is an on-site role at the listed location. The team will discuss the normal schedule and any shift requirements during the selection process.
Practical completion should include a documented plan for outstanding items.
Compensation and development
The base-pay range for this role is £60,000–£80,000 GBP annually. Positioning within the range reflects relevant experience, skills and the requirements of the assignment. Benefits and any additional compensation are discussed for the location and role.
You will agree priorities with your manager and review progress through regular conversations. Development may include technical learning, project assignments and opportunities across the enterprise.
