What you will do
- Develop financial and commercial analysis
- Coordinate diligence questions and findings
- Prepare decision materials and integration assumptions
What you will bring
- Four years in corporate development transactions or finance
- Strong valuation and financial modeling
- Clear writing and commercial judgment
Your first six months
Complete a transaction assessment with traceable assumptions and identified execution risks.
Working arrangements
This role combines work at the listed location with time working remotely. Team attendance is agreed with the hiring manager and depends on the assignment. Hybrid does not mean location-independent.
Synergies should have owners in the business expected to deliver them.
Compensation and development
The base-pay range for this role is $130,000–$165,000 USD annually. Positioning within the range reflects relevant experience, skills and the requirements of the assignment. Benefits and any additional compensation are discussed for the location and role.
You will agree priorities with your manager and review progress through regular conversations. Development may include technical learning, project assignments and opportunities across the enterprise.
