A guide for invited guests
Arriving, finding your group and returning with the same set of clubs.
Before setting out
Use the arrival instructions issued with your invitation. Wetherley Hall’s golf entrance and the reception entrance serve different purposes, even when a navigation application considers them equivalent. Let the event desk know about access requirements and transport changes before the day.
Once you arrive
Registration confirms whether you are playing, attending hospitality or supporting the event. Bag tags connect players with clubs; table allocations connect guests with lunch. Both are useful, but they are not interchangeable. Event staff can direct guests to accessible viewing and reception areas.
During play
Stay within marked spectator areas and follow course staff instructions. The reception desk holds the running order and return transport information. Lost property is collected at the same desk. A ball discovered in the rough should not be assumed to belong to the nearest executive.
