The opportunity
Produce welded industrial assemblies and support fabrication quality.
Our manufacturing teams manage production, equipment and quality at facilities serving industrial customers. Reliable output depends on good planning and the judgment of people on the floor.
What you will do
- Prepare joints and verify materials
- Complete welding to approved procedures
- Inspect work and document process conditions
What you will bring
- Relevant welding training and practical experience
- Ability to read fabrication drawings
- Experience maintaining safe work areas
Your first six months
Demonstrate consistent quality across the assigned fabrication scope.
Working arrangements
This is an on-site role at the listed location. The team will discuss the normal schedule and any shift requirements during the selection process.
Rework is recorded against the original job rather than treated as additional output.
Compensation and development
The base-pay range for this role is PLN 90,000–120,000 annually. Positioning within the range reflects relevant experience, skills and the requirements of the assignment. Benefits and any additional compensation are discussed for the location and role.
You will agree priorities with your manager and review progress through regular conversations. Development may include technical learning, project assignments and opportunities across the enterprise.
