The opportunity
Coordinate warehouse teams across receiving, storage and dispatch activities.
Distribution connects production sites, warehouses, transport providers and customers. Teams manage the detail that keeps goods moving when plans change.
What you will do
- Assign work and review safety and throughput
- Resolve stock and dispatch exceptions
- Maintain reliable shift handovers

- Four years in warehouse operations
- Experience coordinating teams and warehouse systems
- Practical safety and problem-solving skills
Your first six months
Improve handover quality and resolve a recurring source of dispatch delays.
Working arrangements
This is an on-site role at the listed location. The team will discuss the normal schedule and any shift requirements during the selection process.
Orders marked ready should be available at the dispatch location.
Compensation and development
The base-pay range for this role is €42,000–€55,000 EUR annually. Positioning within the range reflects relevant experience, skills and the requirements of the assignment. Benefits and any additional compensation are discussed for the location and role.
You will agree priorities with your manager and review progress through regular conversations. Development may include technical learning, project assignments and opportunities across the enterprise.
