The opportunity
Plan regional distribution movements and coordinate changes with warehouses and carriers.
Distribution connects production sites, warehouses, transport providers and customers. Teams manage the detail that keeps goods moving when plans change.
What you will do
- Build shipment plans against demand and capacity
- Monitor delivery exceptions and revised schedules
- Analyze recurring transport and storage constraints
What you will bring
- Three years in logistics planning
- Experience with transport or warehouse systems
- Strong scheduling and analytical skills
Your first six months
Improve delivery planning reliability and exception ownership.
Working arrangements
This is an on-site role at the listed location. The team will discuss the normal schedule and any shift requirements during the selection process.
The planned arrival and the carrier confirmation should remain distinct.
Compensation and development
The base-pay range for this role is ₫360,000,000–₫500,000,000 VND annually. Positioning within the range reflects relevant experience, skills and the requirements of the assignment. Benefits and any additional compensation are discussed for the location and role.
You will agree priorities with your manager and review progress through regular conversations. Development may include technical learning, project assignments and opportunities across the enterprise.
