The opportunity
Work with suppliers and production teams to improve incoming component quality.
Supply Chain and Procurement coordinate materials, suppliers and purchased services across the enterprise. Teams balance availability, cost and the details of getting goods where they are needed.
What you will do
- Investigate supplier defects and containment
- Review process capability and corrective actions
- Support new-component qualification
What you will bring
- Four years in supplier or manufacturing quality
- Experience with technical drawings and quality methods
- Ability to work constructively with suppliers
Your first six months
Improve performance of a priority supplier using verified corrective actions.
Working arrangements
This is an on-site role at the listed location. The team will discuss the normal schedule and any shift requirements during the selection process.
A supplier acknowledgment is the start of follow-up rather than evidence of correction.
Compensation and development
The base-pay range for this role is CN¥220,000–CN¥300,000 CNY annually. Positioning within the range reflects relevant experience, skills and the requirements of the assignment. Benefits and any additional compensation are discussed for the location and role.
You will agree priorities with your manager and review progress through regular conversations. Development may include technical learning, project assignments and opportunities across the enterprise.
